Our shipping deadline is to have your orders placed for holidays by 12/15 at 5:00 pm EST! We will be out of town from 12/19-12/27! So those days we will not be shipping orders! Get your order placed ASAP to guaruntee holiday arrival!

Holiday shipping could take longer to get to you. We are seeing wait times of 7-9 business days currently. When you get your shipping confirmation email, please be patient. The volume of holiday shipping has increased globally. When you get the shipping notification, that means we have packed your order and dropped it off at USPS or UPS.

Everything is a case by case process. If you get a shirt and it does not fit, we will send you a shipping label to send it back, once we get the shirt, we will send you the correct size!

For boxes, we don't do exchanges or refunds unless something comes broken.

Marvel items will ship in 3-5 business days. They are made to order so they print and ship!

If your order is delayed, please reach out. Sometimes it takes the mail services 24-48 business hours to update tracking. If you have a tracking number, please reach out to your local mail.

If you find a discount code that applies for 3+ boxes, you must get all boxes in the discount code.

To cancel your subscription, log into your account with the email you placed your order with. From there click "Manage Subscriptions" and press cancel.

In 2021, we had a family emergency that lasted through March and April. It took us completely away from work and it took a long time to catch up. For the mystery box, you can request things such as characters, movies, and more! We will accomadate as much as we can!
