Which payment methods do you accept?
-We accept whatever you want to pay with; PayPal and Credit Card
What exactly happens after ordering?
-If you purchased the quarterly box, you will be subscribed until you decide to cancel. If you purchased the one time box, you will receive it in the mail when that month comes around! If you purchased a blind box, we will put whatever product we have ready to go in and get it out! If you ordered Disney Merch or a Disney Book, it will be shipped the next business day!
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
-Right after you place your order, you will get a confirmation email with your receipt!
-We do not currently take returns or exchange sizes of clothing. If you are unhappy with your box, please contact us immediately. If there is an issue with product inside, please contact us and the shop of the product and we will help figure everything out.
When will I be billed again?
-For quarterly subscribers you will be billed every 90 days!
Can I cancel my subscription?
-Yes but after you have been subscribed for 2 Boxes!
-At this time we cannot do refunds unless something incredibly wrong has happened. In that case, please email us and we will let you know what the process is.
When will my box ship?
-Unless a delay is stated (weather related, emergencies, etc.) all orders will ship in 3-5 business days!
Licensed Disney Product?
-Yes! Anything under the Disney Merch or Disney Books is Disney Licensed Product! Disney Licensed product is also in our Subscription!
Can I recycle your boxes?
-ABSOLUTELY! We want you to recycle our boxes! We love the earth we live on and want to see it thrive! RECYCLE YOUR BOX PLEASE!
-Our subscription service is now quarterly or seasonal! You will be billed every 90 days for your subscription!
-Office hours are now being implemented into TMMB. Office hours are 9:00 am EST-5:00 PM EST
