Which payment methods do you accept?

-We accept whatever you want to pay with; PayPal and Credit Card

Where do we ship?

-We ship all over the world! If you breathe, have a credit card, just go ahead and order! It will show up quick!

What exactly happens after ordering?

-If you purchased the quarterly box, you will be subscribed until you decide to cancel. If you purchased the one time box, you will receive it in the mail when that month comes around! If you purchased a blind box, we will put whatever product we have ready to go in and get it out! 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

-Right after you place your order, you will get a confirmation email with your receipt!


-We do not currently take returns or exchange sizes of clothing. We do not do returns for boxes shipped unless product inside is damaged upon arrival. 

When will I be billed again?

-For quarterly subscribers you will be billed every 90 days! Yearly Subscribers will be billed on the year of your first purchase. Book Club will be charged every 30 days. Blind Box subscribers will be charged every 30 days.

Can I cancel my subscription?

-Yes but after you have been subscribed for 3 boxes! During that time though, you can switch to a different box. For example, if you ordered the Blind Box 250 but need to switch to the Blind Box 20, you can do that in your portal!


-At this time we cannot do refunds unless something incredibly wrong has happened. In that case, please email us and we will let you know what the process is.

Lost Packages

-Once the package leaves our office, there is nothing more we can do. Once USPS receives the package, if they lose it, we cannot do anything. No refunds will be given due to this and no second shipment of the same order will be shipped.

Licensed Disney Product?

-Yes! Everything in our shop is all Disney Licensed Product!

Can I recycle your boxes?

-ABSOLUTELY! We want you to recycle our boxes! We love the earth we live on and want to see it thrive! RECYCLE YOUR BOX PLEASE!

Discount Code Issues

-If you are having trouble with using a discount code from your rewards points, send us an email! We can help you! Send an email with the title "DISCOUNT ISSUES" to


-We have just launched our MMB Book Club! Every month you will get a book and every 4 months you will get a mug based on the characters in the book! This box is always free shipping, you get discount codes to other products in our store, and you can join our exclusive facebook group to discuss the book of the month with the whole club! You can skip a box if you already have the book. You can cancel whenever you feel the need to...but you won't because this is incredibly fun.


-We have just launched our Blind Box Subscription. You have been asking for it for forever so you are welcome. All blind boxes are a monthly subscription so you will be charged every 30 days for your box. You are able to switch boxes. EXAMPLE: If you first purchase the $50 box, you can switch to the $100 box the next month, then the $250 after that. You can literally switch as much as you want. If you need help, send us an email! This box will offer no refunds or exchanges. All product will be mystery. You can cancel after 3 boxes. You can cancel in your customer portal on our homepage! If you have a discount code, you can add it to your subscription in you customer portal as well. Just login, go to manage subscriptions, click on the subscription you want to add it to, click add discount.


-We are not responsible for the duties and import fees set by the Canadian Government. This will be on you to pay.


-With COVID-19, most orders will be delayed. We are working like crazy to get the orders out to you as fast as possible while staying safe and making sure the product is safe as well. We are wearing gloves, mask, and wiping down every box and product that comes into our office and the re-wiping the box when we ship it out. Thank you for your patience as we navigate this really strange time. Orders could take roughly 10-15 Business days to ship at the most...they probably will be way quicker though.
