Elsa's Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Frozen Whipped Topping
- Blue Food Coloring
- Cookie Cutter
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Toothpicks
- 5 to 6 Cups of Milk
- 1 Cup Chopped White Chocolate
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Step 1
To make the marshmallows, mix the shipped topping and water together in a large bowl
Step 2
Place wax paper over a 9-inch round cake pan
Step 3
Pour the mix into the pan. Make sure the mixture is level and evened out in the pan
Step 4
Carefully add 8-10 drops of blue food coloring evenly around the pan. Use a toothpick to create a marbled patter design
Step 5
Place in the Freezer and leave for at least 4 hours until set
Step 6
Cut out the marshmallows with a snowflake cutter
Step 7
Now make the cocoa. Put the milk into a pan with the chocolate and vanilla extract
Step 8
Make sure you keep the heat on low and stir until chocolate is melted
Step 9
When it is melted, pour into Disney Frozen mugs and carefully add some blue food coloring until you have the desired color
Step 10
Add the marshmallows on top
